alright, i usually didn't think taking meds made a huge difference but my brain is night and day after not being on meds for like a month+, then taking 1. i have a vague sense of the difference. i wish it was as clearcut as like a painkiller.

finally done with a realm reborn but we haven't finished novice hall stuff so we're still sprouts. can i get all the way to current content as a sprout

my therapist wants me to catalog my thoughts so maybe i'll make another bsky for venting since it seems to be the the place i kvetch the most. and it'd be a way to contain it so it doesn't end up here or on my AD. i don't imagine i would publicize it since it would just be boring and unpleasant

lrt: i kind of relate but maybe i don't have rsd. in my case, i feel it is an objective fact that i am at best boring, shallow, awful company, and at worse, a toxic, abusive black hole of a person. I don't want to connect with people because i know I bring nothing to the table and/or -
