More ice cream experiments tonight. Made a batch of B&J's sweet cream base that was larger than expected (going for a cookies and cream vibe), and used the leftovers w/some orange juice for a creamsicle thing. Also trying maple syrup, and just straight frozen orange juice sorbet.

Just finished signing up to pay many bills at the new apt. Scheduled friends and family to help with the move in. And picked out a bunch of furniture. Big things happening, I guess. Life goes on.
