General Summary of Political Landscape: By midweek, Congress had issued statements that canceled each other out. Also: None of our leaders are curious about troop deaths in the war Israel invited us to. Nope, not Democrats either.
Allow me to self-indulge with a summary of my week thus far: Monday reminded me the country runs on caffeine and denial. I contributed both. Though denial is hard to maintain if you have any awareness of current events.
I believe this is past ordinary corruption. This is more of a looting. Or an invasion and sacking of America's shared wealth.
