For much of 2025, I was deep in the throes of archival research and interviews with/about the Dead Milkmen for my (aptly titled) book The Dead Milkmen, which came out THIS WEEK on J-Card Press (order here). With any book project, especially on such an eclectic and long-running band, there were many stories and artifacts that, for various reasons, slid into the margins or I needed to cut for space.

(United Airlines and Delta Airlines each gave $1 million to Trump’s inauguration fund.)
