Have been a bit bummed out since finishing up the cursed mode update on drill bird - tricky to set reasonable expectations for my ego. But reviews like these make me so happy - spending the time hand-drawing +250 frame cutscenes seem worth it :')

Currently bracing myself for Drill Birds release in November. I've found that making games demands so much love and work, that the ego will never be happy regardless of reception. I'm trying to focus more on having fun in the process and seeing releasing games as a sometimes painful bonus😅
