Question for Game Devs: Did you ever play a game that reignited your love for game development? I feel like I've got a pile of such game, but one I keep coming back to is Sayonara Wild Hearts youtu.be/Rx9hx33aJ8g?... Some day, I'd love to make something like this.

Yesterday we released Islanders: New Shores and reading reviews such as these truly warms my heart. We feel seen in the same way that we tried our best to see what made the 1st game so good. You should all give the game a go, it'd make me very happy if you did! #IslandersNewShores
Eurogamer@eurogamer.bsky.social · last yr.They've only gone and added lighthouses to Islanders: New Shores! (Seriously it's great) www.eurogamer.net/theyve-only-...
Re-post from 2022 of one of @monkiponk.bsky.social 's #D&D characters, Zhul'ah the half orc Ranger. She's a delight to play against, and despite being the mom of the group most of the time, has no issues being my partner in crime and comes up with the best ideas!
Re-post from 2021 of my #D&D character, Leo the Card Slinger. I played a home brew class that turned out to be quite a glass cannon and while the game didn't last all that long, I had so much fun with it! His outfit was designed by the super talented @quihnn.bsky.social
Ello #PortfolioDay ✨! My name is AgzDeGrey, and I'm a 2D artist and character designer based in Sweden ✨I enjoy drawing anything fantasy-related (especially knights and Witches!) I've worked on a few published games too!

A great game from a very talented dev team that I wish I could have worked with more. I never played the original Islanders but this one is amazing, trust me.

Another piece in the Ariel Series, a list of #commissions I'm making featuring Ariel from the Little Mermaid. This is the seventh part of the series! The background almost killed me but I'm very pleased with how it came out!
Re-post from 2020 of my #D&D character Kevdyr Albere the Druid. He started as a true neutral but... he's more chaotic neutral these days. I have so much fun whenever I play him because he rarely says no, and the DM knows it...
Re-port of a piece from 2022. Part five of the Ariel Series, a series of commissions I've made featuring Ariel from the Little Mermaid. This one is called, Starlight in the Night.
Re-post of a piece from 2024. Part five of the Ariel Series, a list of commissions I'm making featuring Ariel from the Little Mermaid, and this time encountering a young Godzilla. I will be posting more from it later! 🧜♀️
Hi #PortfolioDay! I'm Sofie and I'm a Concept Artist/Art Director (kind of looking for work actually). As I'm a busy bee making games, I don't have that much time to do my own art right now, so I will be reposting some old stuff in the upcoming weeks. Enjoy!
Go play Pyre! I will only ask nicely for so long #supergiantgames #pyre
Hampus Viklander@spookystirfry.bsky.social · 2y agoNothing beats introducing a heart-wrenching game to a friend and then just watching the emotional roller coaster from the sidelines. (on an unrelated note everyone should try playing pyre)
