Crazy that this is getting barely any coverage. This year’s European Press Prize was just awarded to an investigative report by the Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant. Titled 'What the Wounds Tell Us' and in it, the journalists Maud Effting and Willem Feenstra document the cases of 114 children in Gaza.

These images are deely shocking. Israel erases the roots and memories of countless families who have already been fragmented and dispersed by decades of violence. My village has not been detonated, but life has flown out of it. It's sad to a point no westerner understands. Entire worlds obliterated.

Statements of "concern" or "condemnation" of Israel's war on Lebanon are utterly meaningless. The only meaningful action is to sanction Israel. We need economic boycotts.
