I wish we had a personal shopping assistance scheme so that frail older people with cognitive deficits* who want to go to supermarkets in person can do so without making it a nightmare for everyone else to get around and through the tills. *I also have cognitive eficits that make this hard.
I'm going to keep wearing my Trans Rights badges on my bags and jackets and keep up my bystander training skills because no one should feel bullied or scrutinised for using a toilet.

It's sad to see SAMSHA combine smaller funding pots and for the first time in 30 years, remove eligibility limits for CTAC grants from organizations that require leadership to have their own psychiatric histories or similar experiences.

I almost never feel sympathy for psychiatrists but watching two inept lawyers in the Clancy case try to outdo each other as to whether or not decluttering your garage is a hypomanic behaviour or not has softened me. Ye Gods.

It's International Owl Day and quite early on in my #Printmaking journey I carved an owl portrait of one of the Showbiz Owls from Wise Owl rescue at Scisset, who bring the owls to Mirf Show every year to meet their adoring fans.

Lindsay Clancy trial refection: it's not unusual for someone who needs medical care to not be able to identify whether their actions were an act of self harm or suicide, there isn't always a clear demarcation. Medical classification of superficial doesn't equal superficial distress.
