at the follow up

This is another 2 panel comic featuring the rat and probably the doctor. The top panel shows the rat looking down. He has a frightened but excited look on his face. A speech bubble above his head with no clear speaker asks "Are you still seeing things other people cant?" The bottom panel shows the rats crotch with a brown leather dress shoe, presumably belonging to the doctor, pressing against his groin. This is all seen from the rats point of view looking under the table. The foot emerges from the darkness like a snake, mostly in shadow with a small highlight on its tip. The rat's left hand sits on his lap, or hovers over it, indecisively.

night meds

a drawing of the doctor drooling three pills into the rat's mouth in a long string of spit. The doctors face is cut off by the cropping with only his snout visible. His hand grabs the rat by the back of the head, gently signaling for the rat to open up. The doctor has his lanyard on with his id. This is the closest we've seen it. it has a small picture of him and says "DOCTOR" along the bottom. The rat doesn't look unhappy about this way of administering meds but he might just be happy to be getting them. His mouth is open wide and a lithium capsule has already landed on his tongue on a thick bed of mucus and saliva.

I think this is a turning point for the doctor. so far he's just been a guy who wants his dick sucked. everything else has just been implied and is really kind of deniable. even the razor piece was made to be deniable. but here he's just playing with the rats medication. whether the rat likes it or not its sadistic. maybe thats why i cut off his face and made him sink into a burning white background. I still like the doctor but hes changing. He's turning into all the other men i draw. Im not sure if i should lean all the way into his sadism or if i should calm him down a bit. Probably the latter but let me know :)

its one side effect the doctor didnt mention

another comic panel thing. The doctor sits in a chair on the right side and looks down to the rat who has his head buried in the doctors lap. And by buried of course I mean the rat snout is pressed against the doctors hard cock thats leaking through his scrub pants. The rat asks "When are you gonna make me cum?" and the doctor replies "Cum? You can't even get hard." A reference probably to the the rats medication making it difficult for him to get it up, let alone keep it up. The rat has a sad but kind of dull expression to him, as if he doesnt understand what the doctors saying. Which is fair, you can still cum without an erection and the doctor most likely knows that. I think the subtext here is "im not playing with your cock, rat" which would be rude for the doctor to say out loud. I think theres also a connection between the rats erectile dysfunction and the doctors premature ejaculation but i wont read too deep into that right now. The doctors look is kinda happy (i think) in a condescending way. Which makes sense that hes happy, he's about to get his dick sucked. He has one hand under the rats chin gently guiding his head

I'm thinking: "The Cigarette of Dogs" or "Friendless & Out of Luck" (from Mark Twain's description of a coyote) Which do y'all think is better?

"You know it might feel like smoking helps but really it--"

A small drawing for today. Another doctor image, of course, for Doctober. This one is a closeup of the rat kissing the doctor. Either kissing or just blowing cigarette smoke in his mouth. Certainly the second one, you can see small strands of smoke coming from betweeh their lips. The rat looks peaceful and loving, his eyes seem to be closed and his hand is gracing/grabbing the doctor by the head. The doctor seems startled and not sure what to make of the kiss

sewer rat@contort-d.bsky.social · 2w ago

hes spreading gossip he overheard at the nurses station

YET ANOTHER DOCTOR IMAGE god i just love these two together. This image shows the rat on the left smoking a cigarette and wrapping his arm around dr makovec to pull him closer. The rats talking about something, we dont know what, but he seems fairly happy and pretty lucid. The doctor leans away from the rat slightly but not uncomfortably. I get the feeling the doctors either not used to the rat touching him or worries about the seriousness of their relationship. Or maybe the doctor is trying to get away from the rat's cigarette breath. Either way none of that is stopping the doctors right hand from inching its way down the rats thigh to his crotch. The doctors left hand and crotch are blocked from view by a table so who knows whats going on there. There are to small dixie cups on the tabletop, one stacked on the other. Presumably from afternoon meds or as a makeshift ashtray

first times are always romantic

a two panel comic featuring, you guessed it, the doctor and the rat. The top panel shows the rat saying "You finished fast... really fast... must've been a while huh? trouble with the wife back home?" The doctor, here without his coat on, looks irritated. His ears are back and his mouth is twisted into a frown. His eyes look off to somewhere beyond like he's trying to center himself. The rat is cuddling nicely against the doctors chest. His look is playful but sinister. He knows he's touching a sore spot with the doctor.

The next panel is the rat in a hospital bed with blood stains and bruises. he has a big bandage on his forehead, tape on his nose and a roll of something in his nostril to stop bleeding. Someone off the page asks "What happened to him?" another answers "Doctor found him banging his head on the wall." The rat has a cocky look on his face and says "Tell Dr. Makovec I have a headache. He's used to hearing that."
