What an incredible week it was in Malahide, Ireland, at the FASEB Biological Methylation meeting. It was wonderful organizing this meeting with Capucine Van Rechem, Scott Rothbart, and Tiziana Bonaldi. We had outstanding science and so much thoughtful discussion. Wonderful seeing former trainees!

My student, Grace Stroman, was selected to present at the 9th Chromatin and Epigenetics Symposium. Her presentation was exceptional! Our keynote speaker @grewalsh.bsky.social was brilliant! Thanks to the organizers, @unclineberger.bsky.social, and @brianstrahl.bsky.social for a remarkable meeting!

MeCP2 is most known for its cause of Rett Syndrome when mutated, but Grace is presenting some of the lab’s latest findings on the role of MeCP2 in cancer biology.
