I actually would like it if we had more opportunities to do episodes of shows that aren’t about the “main plot”. Those are where the weird, totally off the rails, fun stuff happens! Pickups are too small now for exploration though. The most unique thing about the tv format and we’ve lost it. :(
See? The only jobs we're getting rid of are the ones that plan out the entirety of what shots exist in a movie! Hardly an important part of making a film, sheesh!
