Very happy to have contributed to this study! Congrats to all the authors - an amazing tour de force integrating tissue clearing, mesoSPIM-ultra imaging, and cm-scale single-neuron tracing.

I am saddened by the passing of Lynn Landmesser, a pioneer in neural development and cornerstone of our department. When I arrived, she was still teaching students to fabricate electrodes and dazzling junior faculty with stories about the history of the field. She will be missed.
