Love this. My personal least favorite kind of critique is when someone points out you’ve done something suboptimal without considering whether you may have had good reasons, like balancing competing interests, or working within constraints.

If you absolutely must provide constructive criticism, try to choose those things which are: * Not obvious to the recipient * Easy(ish) to correct/change * Specific * Solicited!!! But like, always remember that compliments are constructive feedback too.

I feel like my presence here has largely devolved into an exercise of catching up on liking moots' posts every few days. In order to avoid becoming white noise, I think I'm going to spend one day a month commenting "Not your best work" on everyone's posts, just to reset the bar.

Thanks for the well-wishes! She's home safe and recovering. She's a bit confused and looks like a last known photo of Nick Nolte before disappearing in Tijuana, but she's otherwise fine.

This little princess goes in tomorrow to have some teefs pulled. She's in desperate need of a good grooming, but wanted to capture a few frames tonight as there's a slight chance that she'll end up with Resting Derp Face. I'll be a mess while she's under, thoughts/prayers/positive vibes appreciated!
