It’s crazy that girls are still being pushed into gendered - also impractical - clothing against their wishes. We’ve been challenging this for decades, for generations. How deep is the urge to force females to fit the confines others set for them! But we persist in fighting for our rights ✊🏽

I was just talking to an old schoolmate about this at the weekend. He didn’t know the whole story…but you can hear it on this podcast. It’s quite shocking that even today some women and girls are still fighting to decide for themselves what they wear. Thanks @rostaylor.bsky.social for this convo
