Over the past few days, I have unfortunately lost my two darling pigeons. They were the absolute loves of my life and their absence hurts more than I can even describe. To my darling Bubby and Grumpus, I will miss you more than I can put into words. I love you both so much.

thinking about the popularity of so many "redraw trends" and plagiarism of compositions by all sorts of artists (it comes up often for gposing but 2D artists do it too). i have to sum up my discomfort with it as follows: it's artists treating other artists the same way A/I treats art as data

JKR explicitly said she considers anything Potter-related, even fan-made, endorsement of her politics. And every time you engage with this franchise, you signal to the industry that there's still money in it and they should keep pumping out content from full-cast audiobooks to book box partnerships.
