We all agree children need to be protected from exposure to obscenity and predators. The problem comes in the definition of what "obscenity" and a "predator" is. They think it's anyone pro-LGBTQIA+. They want to "protect" children from exposure TO US. They want to classify our lives as "obscene".

‼️ACTION ALERT: The Senate Commerce Committee is holding “kids safety” circus again, this time considering both KOSA (the Kids Online Safety Act) & SCREEN Act, two of the most dangerous censorship & age verification bills on the table! CALL YOUR LAWMAKERS & TELL THEM TO OPPOSE 📲 248-331-8665

The image is a graphic poster with a vibrant red background and contrasting dark purple text. At the top, it contains the message: “Senate Commerce Committee is taking up KOSA + SCREEN Act THIS WEDNESDAY” in bold white letters. Below this, in a larger, informal handwriting-style font is the phrase “TAKE ACTION” in yellow. At the bottom of the image is a phone number, “248-331-8665,” displayed inside a rounded rectangle in dark purple. The overall layout is eye-catching and designed to attract attention to the call for action regarding legislation.

Pls call to stop KOSA and the kids act from censoring the internet. It’s happening as soon as Monday so call before then!! 202-221-3121

It’s literally pointless for them to even bring it up instead of surveillance people’s history and their personal information and claiming it as “protecting the kids” how about you go after the criminals and creeps who prey on them?

How many times are they gunna reintroduce KOSA, dude? They've been doing it since I've been in fucking middle school, WE DONT WANT SURVEILLANCE AND PARENTS SHOULD PARENT THEIR KIDS. THE GOVERNMENT SHOULDN'T BE DOING A PARENT'S JOB, AND THE COMPANIES NEED TO STOP FINDING WAYS OF TAKING OUR DATA.

Look at dis and contact ya reps about how bad this is if it helps Kosa passing would mean almost every site online especially social media and YouTube or such will need ID verification and it won't be optional x.com/i/status/206...

'Ask the Governor' has wrapped but it's still imperative MA Governor Maura Healey hear directly from you with concerns about her misguided social media bill that would mandate online ID checks on the internet. you can give her a call + find more actions to take locally @ stoponlineIDchecks.org/MA

Will she be coming back to the broadcast or is that it?

Call your house rep and tell them to support HB 2540 which will increase the amount disabled people can save from $2k to $10k and remove the marriage penalty where you lose your only source of income if you get married regardless of how little they make. Switchboard: (202) 224-3121
