A thread just to track a few passages for further thought 1. Helpful re: when to use -ing vs -ed vs -s; keep charade parts nounal when connecting with real or implied coordinating conjunctions; with other connector, it depends: as long as the units function as ‘themselves‘ (verbal, nounal, etc)

Just started reading Fez's new article, and 'plonking' right away brought these two terms to mind - perhaps unrelatedly, tbd. I haven't read the blog yet. But would you like to see something truly crazy? Step into the Forest of Rhetoric: rhetoric.byu.edu It's overwhelming but also pretty fun.
