OK, every year I try to explain to my students how LLMs work, and every year I have to do a big trawl for good resources and activities. Here's this year's haul of *introductory* materials. (In-class activities + visualizations, not so much readings.)

I am absolutely terrible at sticking to 300 characters. I must admit I miss the long text feature of the other place...

I have a big worry that the NHS 10-year plan is trying to derive the strategy from consensus views of the solutions. It should be driving the solutions from robust analysis of the problem and trying to get a consensus around them...

Every time I find one of these, I laugh harder. Today's find - headlines saying that mangoes can improve diabetes. The study was funded by BIG MANGO. Wonderful stuff. Better than fiction.
