Nintendo vs Palword sets a pretty alarming precedent. If you can go after someone specifically because they used balls to capture creatures (with a post-hoc patent!) then what's to stop some smartass patenting dodge rolls, the isometric camera angle or even leveling up?
The fighting choreography of these Secret Level episodes are top notch. The Warhammer 40k episode was next level.
