This is a view of Saturn's north polar region, taken by Cassini's Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) on February 26, 2013. You can see the rings in the top of this image as well as its mysterious hexagon.

The camera was pointing toward SATURN at approximately 347,141 miles (558,670 kilometers) away, and the images were taken using the red, green and blue filters.

A colorization of an old image taken May 10th, 2006 by Cassini's narrow-angle camera. Distance to Saturn was 2.9 million km and the phase angle was 148 degrees.

On March 31, 2005, just minutes after the Cassini spacecraft's closest approach to Titan during the Titan (T-4) Flyby, Cassini viewed Saturn peeking through Titan's thick atmosphere.

Saturn's rings are seen here casting dark, dramatic shadows across the planet's northern disk (upper left).

This composite is made of images that were taken by the Cassini spacecraft's camera system, the Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) on March 31, 2005 and received on Earth April 1, 2005. Cassini was approximately 1,200,000 km away from Saturn and 7,000 km away from Titan. The images were taken using red, green, and blue filters.

On August 11, 2013 Cassini's camera system, the Imaging Science Subsystem, captured a set of images of Saturn and Titan. This is a natural color composite of three images ISS snapped in red, green, and blue filters. Saturn and Titan appear as crescents here because Cassini was almost completely behind the worlds as they faced the Sun.

These images were taken on August 11, 2013 and received on Earth August 14, 2013. The camera was pointing toward SATURN at approximately 1,065,949 miles (1,715,478 kilometers) away, and the images were taken using the red, green, and blue filters.
