I actually get so many commissioners that bring gen ai that they generated to me as reference and it immediately makes me uninterested in pursuing further relationships with them. these commissioners are in partnership with someone for something i can't turn down but ugghhh
It's silently costing people friends and other connections, too. If I see that you are posting or reposting gen AI content I'm unlikely to say anything but I will immediately lose interest in striking up any kind of conversation, friendship, or working relationship. And I know I'm not the only one.
