4/ Flashback to another Trump appointed judge ordering Trump 1.0 White House to reinstate then-CNN's @jimacosta.bsky.social's press pass. "[Court precedent] obligates me to recognize the violation of Mr. Acosta's due process rights and the resulting impact on his First Amendment interests."
