On this day in 2006, John Tenta died. Born in Surrey, BC in 1963, as a sumo wrestler in Japan he was known as The Canadian Comet. He then switched to professional wrestling and became famous as the heel Earthquake. Outside the ring, he was known for his kind nature. 📸 WWE
