Illustrator, Staff Artist at Chaosium Inc. Only art, RPG's, Boardgames, and other positive stuff. No AI.

Almost as much I despise AI "artists", I despise people who accuse some using AI to create "their" art, without actually having any proof. If you happen to one of those, go fuck yourself. It just happens that AI is stealing from the real artists, so no wonder why it sometimes looks similar.

Wow. LOISH got accused of using Ai to make her art. I started following her on early deviantart. I remember first seeing her paintings in college. This is ridiculous, no one is safe. Artists Ive followed for actual decades are getting harassed because their work has been stolen and regurgitated.

Still thinking about the Conan game I was playing today. It was so easy to jump in. I kind of understand the people who say eg. Glorantha is bit scary setting as it is so full of lore and details. They feel they'll have to learn everything to run the game or play properly, .. (1/7)

Just started playing in a new Conan RPG campaign, which uses home brewed Pendragon rules. Works really well so far. Managed to decapitate some flea ridden woodsman with a single sword cut. That'll teach them to obey the steel.

I finally installed Cyberpunk 2077 on my Mac when I heard it might actually be able to run it, even though it is an older model. Oh boy it has been a treat! I have not played that kind of game for a decade, at least. It might look better with newer computer, but it already is blowing my mind. (1/7)

My friend wants to run for our group a Conan game by using a homebrew Pendragon rules. I'm all for it. So much that I had to draw a portrait of my future character. I hardly ever do that anymore, but as finding a particular Conan magazine launched my desire to be an illustrator, I had to do it.

Being a history addict can sometimes hurt. For instance, I want few things more in life than putting my hand on a prehistoric one in a cave. But even if I could I probably wouldn't because I shouldn't. Also I'd cry like an eejit.

Great, as Paizo & Green Ronin are getting their stolen stock back. Also, great that Sparkle Pop (new-Diamond) is being forced to give back money from selling stolen goods. And that the distribution deals are ended. That's all big for individual rights over corrupt corporate interests.

Diamond’s Trustee Morgan W. Fisher and some Publishers Reach a Settlement over Consigned Goods It's a hell of a new comic book day as court documents have been released as to a settlement between Diamond's trustee Morgan W. Fisher and a group of publishers concerning consigned goods being held by…

Decided to try something new. Jumped roped like it was a 12 round boxing match. 3 min jumping, no rest, continuing immediately after tripping. Then one min rest. I have jumped 45 min before, but jumping without interval breaks, keeping a short breather every now and then after tripping.

1. Newer writers, just don't fucking use "AI" for anything, ever 2. How odd that being an established writer with a firm "no 'AI'" stance and ample pre-"AI" IP will become a definite competitive advantage over "new, hot, and possibly copyright compromised" deadline.com/2026/07/ai-q...

AI Questions Spoil Book & Movie Heat On 'Call Me, I'll Hide The Body' Novel

That screeching sound you heard from international publishers and film rights buyers was an abrupt application of the brakes after a fevered pursuit of the unpublished debut novel.
