Excited to share our new paper in PLOS Biology! We asked a simple question: when we perceive an odor as weak or strong, does oscillations in the human olfactory system represent the physical concentration of the odor, or our subjective perception of its intensity? 🧵👇

I told Gemini that it gave me a reference that doesn't exist (literately: "the paper XXX does not exist"). It started arguing back! I had to prove it back-and-forth four times (!!) before it admitted the error! Now it named our chat: "Fictional References Accusation" How disturbing is that?
