On a side note: I'm out of town at a librarian conference, and my co-writer is pet-sitting my cat. He remembered Jackson's scared of the dark, and left a light on. I'm now waiting for the moment he realizes Sadie barks AND is yearning for the navy.
I know I periodically pop up and say something really cranky about how Democratic leaders currently runn comms, but this is a good example of *why* I'm cranky. This isn't it. Trump's calling on a foreign power to wipe out two major So. Cal cities. We're past apologizing.

And yes, before you ask: I always feel like a cranky naysayer when I post one of those threads. But I really want us to stop getting perpetual cycles in which: - We believe Dems can do X - We are constrained by reality - We get disenchanted - A whole ton of people decide to vote in GOP. 😐
Okay, I think we all know I'm absolutely for this. But. BUT. Convicting needs 67, and I really need to all of us to actually include this in the conversation, especially if you have some social weight and expertise in your field. I'm not being pedantic, understanding reality is important.

Vought has been allowed by the Republicans to act with impunity, so have he will continue to ignore Congress. This is why you have to impeach him immediately.
