Y'know, it's kinda shocking how little of Earthbound/Mother 3's mechanics are replicated by games that are inspired by the series. Rolling HP and especially the Rhythm Battle system are both banger mechanics that I never see crop up anywhere and it's a bit of a shame
Fortune's Weave feels like it should be co-credited to ATLUS the way it's basically Metaphor's gameplay structure as a Strategy RPG

I say this because I love y'all, but a lot of furry artists (even the big ones) haven't built up the discipline to do art as a primary job. It's frustrating because I'm always supportive when things happen, but it's hard not to notice that any stressful or adverse event leads to a bunch of art block

As fun as Marathin has been for the last month and a half I feel like the biggest problems I have with the game would be solved with the addition of a firing range for the gear in your vault and loading screen tips for shit like... I dunno, holding the grenade button lets you see it's trajectory
