Congratulations to the workers at Broadcast Coffee! In April, the employer voluntarily recognized this crew. After this win, they head to the table to fight for stronger wages, affordable health care, and respect for queer and trans workers.🌈🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

We are nearly 60,000 union members working in Grocery, Health Care, Retail, Cannabis, & other industries. Need a union? ufcw3000.org
Answer: Because they think they can. But REI Union and REI members are fighting to stop this corporate slide and bring the co-op back to its roots.
REI co-op members won't be silenced! On Wednesday, longtime members set up camp outside the Seattle flagship store in solidarity with @reiunion workers, who called for a boycott of the Anniversary Sale, which runs through Monday, May 25.
Stop the union busting and give workers a fair contract, NOW! Day 4 of the @rei Anniversary Sale boycott is going strong, with @reiunion members standing outside every store in Washington to inform community members about worker efforts to return REI to its roots.
Boycotting REI is not a decision @reiunion came to lightly, but the company's actions have left us no other choice. Not shopping during the largest sale of the year will have a dramatic impact, and, as employees of REI, we have a vested interest in seeing it prosper.
REI has strayed dramatically from its roots. For the last four years, the "co-op" has run an intense union-busting campaign using the same anti-union law firm that Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Trump use to fight against workers' rights.
Congratulations to all our 2026 union scholarship recipients! Scholarships are reviewed and awarded yearly by our UFCW 3000 Scholarship Committee made up of rank-and-file members from our Executive Board.

May Day 2026! We marched to demand workers over billionaires. Now we work to make it happen. Organize a union in your workplace if you don’t have one. If you do, contact your reps to learn how you can step up to be a shop steward at your worksite or get more involved.
On May Day, workers across the globe stand together to show that we have the power — not the billionaire class. Today we march for workers over billionaires, for local communities over federal oppression, for public services over foreign wars. Join us to build a better world for all working people.
Read about bargaining for good as a strategy unions can use to advance an affordable energy future in @ufcw3000.bsky.social President Faye Guenther’s essay, included in the new anthology from @justsolutions.bsky.social. Read here. tinyurl.com/Perspectives...

Today we celebrate the lives of trans people and the part they play in our workplaces, unions, and communities. We also acknowledge that vicious transphobic attacks masquerading as legislation force our families, coworkers, and friends to contend with stark choices about where and how they can live.

King County leaders declare support for REI Union as company cuts benefits
At a rally by the REI store in Seattle on Wednesday, unionized REI employees accused the Issaquah-based company of walking away from the table and bargaining in bad faith.

Today, REI workers announced their next steps to win a union contract after overwhelmingly rejecting an inadequate offer and management refusing to return to the table with a fair deal. REI loves to sell itself as forward-thinking, but its actions tell a different story. @ufcw3000.bsky.social

This week, we're spreading the word about our fight to reclaim our co-op from administrators who want to turn our stores into cookie-cutter chains. PCC workers are demanding an end to outsourcing the deli, good wages for sustainable staffing so we can deliver the level of service customers deserve.

Nothing banishes the long dark quite like a night of building solidarity with follow unionists. Come for a nice beverage and good company at Aslan Brewery in Bellingham on Tuesday, January 20 at 5:30 pm.
On January 19, 2026, we will gather to march, rally, and demand that our nation chooses community over chaos. Together, we honor Dr. King not as a sanitized symbol, but as the radical truth-teller he was—a man who believed that a better world is not only possible, but necessary.
This year make a resolution to hang out in common areas, build solidarity, and talk about the fights ahead. Join us for our first Labor at Linda's Tavern next Tuesday, January 6, 2026!
What a way to close out 2025! More than 150 workers at the Lumen Field and Renton Landing Pro Shops just voted to join our union. These hard workers are also passionate sports fans themselves, and they're pumped to cheer on their favorite teams as they bargain their first union contract.
UFCW 3000's member-led Political Action Advisory Committee (PAAC) met to discuss how to build pro-worker people power heading into the next election. Our PAAC interviews and evaluates every candidate who seeks our union's endorsement. Then we work to put them in office and hold them accountable!
