It was great hosting Michalis Drouvelis @mdrouvelis.bsky.social today as part of our research seminars @uam.es. Michalis presented his paper on “The effects of time blocking and goal setting on work performance” and the session sparked a great discussion. #UAMResearchSeminars #Madrid

Turns out, editors are human. We: - Dislike being ghosted - Dislike it when people who say they will get something to us by a certain date don't get anywhere close - Can 100% empathize with being over-taxed with editorial duties and are capable of being reasonable in response.
