Our feature artist/tutorial for today is this WONDERFULLY USEFUL page on using light, medium and dark values to establish FOREGROUND/MIDGROUND/BACKGROUND, by the talented @irsyadalma! Great for sketching rough layouts, as it’s FAST and gives INSTANT DEPTH! #gamedev #animation

finished colored roomblock commission for @4r7ymachine.bsky.social ! I did the lineart traditionally and the colors digitally! This was also an extra big roomblock, cause usually I draw them half the size as shown in the second photo!

I don’t want this point to be lost in the discourse. Going digital-only means inequity for people who cannot afford internet or constantly purchasing new games. Libraries provide opportunities for people to experience games they otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford, and that will be lost.
