Welp, been making a first rough sketch for the animatic project, mainly to count how many characters I would have to include. Aparently... The more time spent planning your animation, the less time you spend fixing the animation you didn't plan for. The underlying sketch of an animation is part of the planning phase. Thumbnail your ideas out ON PAPER first. Computer UI often gets in the way of just thinking.
