Say what you will about Taylor Swift's new song, but I like it. Language evolves. It's not an attack on those who lived through the 1980s HIV/AIDS epidemic. "Patient Zero" is a term that has been used in many contexts (medical contexts) since the 80s. I think her new song is fabulous.
