Picked up a copy of the limited edition hardcover Wanderhome for my partner's birthday and it's such a gorgeous book. Worth every penny just as a coffee table book (but still very excited to play)!
Going to Fan Expo Toronto today? Come check out our absolutely INSANE show: DUNGEONS & WAGONS. And then swing by the Canadian Podcast Awards booth for a meet and greet and a chance to win some dice!
In over a decade of slinging beers, I just had easily one of the worst shifts I've ever had. Not once have I ever considered walking out on a service and tonight it took everything in me. The only thing keeping me from dipping was my respect for my coworkers. Gimme some good news?
@noquestcast.bsky.social I have never laughed so much and so consistently at a #ttrpg live play as with "no jobs for the wicked" miniseries. I LOVE kalalalu, Mailbag, and Dota. #Starfinder
FINALLY got to play around with the tablet my partner got me as a Christmas gift. My first foray into digital drawing. Inspired by our upcoming Monster of the Week campaign (@evilhat.bsky.social). Meet a very early rendition of Rowan Harris, exiled druid turned beach town monster slayer.
The absolute terror when my editing program hangs for a little longer than it normally does and I realize I haven't saved in awhile...
Good luck to everyone protesting today. Be safe, be loud. Your friends in the north are proud of you for standing up for what's right!
I'm still super bummed about having to cancel our GenCon show, but I'm feeling better and better about our decision to not travel to the States every day. To all my south of the border friends, keep raging against the machine, but please be safe doing it. We're rooting for you.
Actual Play folks! I'd like to play more games with more people. Do you have a show that's looking for a guest? I'm dying to play Blades in the Dark, Orbital Blues, Tales of the Valiant, Masks, City of Mist and Delta Green. Honestly, pretty much anything that's not D&D. Hit me up! #actualplay
Last one we did was a blast AND filled up quick, so get there early!

Easily one of the lamest things we've had to do as a show. Was really looking forward to putting together an awesome show and seeing our friends, but... We gotta do what's right!
No Quest for the Wicked@noquestcast.bsky.social · last yr.Incredibly sad to announce that we've had to cancel our #gencon show. Details below.
Fuck anyone that talks shit about Bella Ramsey as Ellie. They are absolutely phenomenal in the role and they prove it time and time again.
I straight up think Emily Axford is a genius. I'm not just saying I'm a fan of her work, I'm saying I legit think her IQ is off the charts.
Editing our first narrative episode of Campaign 2 and I'm just so stoked to announce our special guests. Absolutely humbled that I got to work with some folks that I've respected in the industry for so long!
My partner is watching Love is Blind and there is 100% a song in it that we used in No Quest for the Wicked.
Sometimes when I'm furiously clicking and shortcutting while I edit, I literally feel like I'm in Macrodata Refinement. I know when the audio feels scary.
With all of the craziness of the holidays over, I'm excited to look back at what a WILD year 2024 was! Bear with me, we've got a lot to cover!

Okay, the holiday break was very stressful. I had to take my cat to the ER and put him in intensive care for three days. Good news: he's doing GREAT. A full recovery and promising outlook going forward. Bad news: It came with a $7000 vet bill. But, worth every penny.
