And for the really bad news? They've put a target on VPNs. Sites are required to identify (and age-verify) any US citizen, regardless of whether they're using a VPN. In fact, the default is to get the ID and biometrics of EVERYONE unless you can somehow prove their not a US citizen.

So a while back, I designed a character who is a Mascot from a Gacha game. His name R.A.T! He's a Driving AI that was jailbroken for use by your Cyberpunk runner group as a getaway driver. He kept the cute form and took on some neat techwear stuff because he enjoys being cute. #furryart | #OCs
