Not to be unkind, but I am so impatient about the “what’s the point of making my little zines/comics/crafts/art when the world is on fire” sentiments. I get it, but saving the world is not a responsibility shouldered by your art! That’s what being a neighbor, a friend, and hell, a citizen is for!!!

I put the 2014 mini comic experiment up on comic Fury! I had a lot of fun with the writing in this one, as it harkened back to my original days in comic making: "newspaper funny" style 4 panel joke strips that were published in a monthly club newsletter.

I can count how many pieces i've commissioned on one hand... it's just not something I ever treat myself to. Really, really glad I gave into the impulse after obsessing over Benji's character sheet work. They really brought my fursona Kiki to life. Look at this frigging masterpiece!!!!!
