Ruan's ex is...a difficult topic to say the least. He has manipulated and abused him, and when Ruan finally starts regaining his memory he wishes he never did. Sometimes it's easier to forget.

Ruan tends to be very quiet when meeting new people. Sure, he's friendly enough, but it takes a long time for someone to earn his trust.
