Zin loves tea. She loves that different places have different ways of making tea! She’s become a convert to Thavnairian chai and Hingan toasted rice tea, but her favorite is still a blend her cousins make, taking Coerthan tea leaves and infusing them with citrus from their orchards.

Zin was born in La Noscea and she loves it dearly, the rivers and mountains and meadows of her home mean so much to her. She is from the countryside, not Limsa Lominsa proper, and her family considers themselves La Noscean before anything else.

Given Airraim is Esteem, Zin would effectively just be doing the same DRK thing there. If it’s about Airraim’s conjury skills, Zin is a lot worse at healing, and would struggle at not overdoing it. The electrope manipulation that Eutrope does would probably also be beyond Zin’s capacity to control.

Alliance raids sure are alliance raids tonight. Playing as SMN and died to tankbuster once and boss aggro once (TB in Windurst Shinryu, boss aggro in Jeuno Ark Angels).
something i learned at the xiv panel yesterday is that when you meet whomever from sqnx and give them a little trinket or wol sticker, those things often wind up in a special part of the sqnx office just for them, so that devs who don’t travel for events like fanfest can see and love them too. 🥺

speaking of canon wol characterization, there's an underrated thread from the intro cutscene where they're first asked why they decided to become an adventurer - when asked the same question by the doman kids in 2.X, staying silent gets replaced with the phrase they have to say to join the scions
