All of my research into who to vote for comes down to "Do you support LGBT (and especially trans) rights?" If not, nothing else you have is worth my consideration. You are a shitty person. If you have a problem with trans people unfollow me immediately, you are not worth my time.

Voter turnout has been on a decline for years. I think only, what, 25%? 30% of people voted in the last election? That's millions of people who have so much more power than they realize they do saying "Nah, the system says I'm powerless, so I'm going to believe them."

were joining the many voices saying to vote if you're in the US. were aware it doesn't feel like it means much at this point but its at least Something. wed rather have any kind of step forward out of this even if its small than to sit there watching everything take more steps backward into hell.

Seriously though. I'm not interested in playing nice about this. Not voting is not an option. It never should have been, but now there's no excuse. If you're my friend, you should know my beliefs on things by now. Not voting is insulting to me, and really to yourself as well. Go. Vote.
