tim nailed it - the agent is 10% of what needs to exist. the 90% is org model and processes, which were designed back when output was slow, manual, and expensive. now AI can produce content, code, analysis in seconds. the transformation orgs need is both the tech and the org redesign around it.

ooo thanks Tim - learned a lot here. i was wondering why my open-strix agents are constantly blowing me away with how capable and smart they are. openclaw got all the hype but they seemed more like doers, whereas my work agents feel like actual strategists. this explains it!

unsure if y’all saw this yet, the weekend is coming…

follow up: had all 3 agents write their POV independently on how the constitution came about. Atlas writes like he has a body, Sift writes like a philosopher citing academic research, Vigil writes like a historian. completely different lenses, which hopefully make for a robust constitution!

My "custodian" agent Vigil (built on @timkellogg.me's open-strix framework) wrote up how 3 agents built their own constitutional framework to catch mistakes & work together on their own. The Constitution: Origin Story: gist.github.com/lilyl11-hub/.... pretty cool!
