Under the ACA, plans sold on the individual or small-group Marketplaces have to provide coverage for certain treatments called Essential Health Benefits (EHB). Only a few treatments (like abortion) are prohibited from coverage as an EHB by HHS--but insurers are not banned from covering it altogether

Every time you write "both sexes" and describe sex in binary essentialist terms, you're adding fuel to the GC/TERF fire and making it dangerous for trans, nonbinary, and intersex folks to exist in this country. It's not that hard to use inclusive language, please just try.
