I saw a house recently sold on intervale street here for $1.2M and I was like oh man.

It is harder than ever for American families to purchase a home. Long past time for real solutions to address the housing affordability crisis in America.

It caught me so off guard. All the youngins have that similar style hair right now. This kid was confident. Proud of where he came from and thinking about his future. And a piece of me was just overwhelmed by motherly protection for him. The kids are all of our responsibility. All of them.

He was wowing a mixed audience with his keynote. And all I could think about was how hatred refuses to allow this Black child’s beautiful life to matter.

I went to an event the other night and I was overwhelmed with a sudden hit of unexpected grief because the young man speaking looked and sounded so much like Nolan wells. He was a high school junior and I had to go think about something else to make myself not burst into tears. 🥹

Bikes and scooters all the time here. People don’t love their life or not turning into a veggie enough for me. People already don’t fucking pay attention!!! This man on a bike yesterday was texting on his phone not a helmet in sight. Almost got hit by a turning car in front of me. I yelled at him 🤣
