I'm Angel Polanco (he/him) and I made "The Void Rains Upon Her Heart" a game where you fight bosses with love!
Here is the data on everything that was done in the pax demo by all players on all 3 stations. 1307 monsters were loved, 312 hearts were broken, 50 runs were won, and 103 of the 108 available monsters were discovered! There are tabs for every type of monster too. docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

i've been playing The Void Rains Upon Her Heart ✨ it's a fun boss rush shmup! i'm a sucker for good boss fights, and Void's bosses do a really good job expressing their personalities through their attacks... i love when a game pulls that off well
I'm so stoked right now. In less than a week I get to help publicly debut my favorite game to all of Seattle at PAX. It's been something @veyerals.bsky.social and I have been dreaming about for years!! I cannot wait to see so many friends there and show them all real unbridled fun
It turns out The Duskbloods is just City Trial again, but you can propose to another player during it. I'm going to be married to so many people.
it's actually impossible to avenge more than sevenfold. each time the number of layers doubles as the surface area shrinks

I need a reality check here. I always knew that nudity was going to upset some people, but an alarming amount of people have called her a child and the art disturbing for that reason in just this past few days. All completely independent of each other. But like, this is clearly an adult right?
I've updated the box art and steam store images for Void Rains. I made the original in 2019, but there were very few monsters at the time, and very few of those had an interesting silhouette. I've managed to fit in an additional 16 monsters!

The Void Rains Upon Her Heart is on sale yet again for 30% off!? It's the boss rush, bullet hell, roguelike thing with 115 bosses, and some of them will play minigames with you if you love them enough!
I've added the 115th boss to the game! It's a new final boss to one of the towers, so I won't spoil anything. In fact, I probably can't post any more previews for ALL of the remaining bosses because they'd all be spoilers now!

Boss 113: Equinox Having 2 bosses on both sides of you is something I've wanted to do for a long time, but it's so difficult to make a low level version without it becoming suddenly too trivial. But this battle is only at level 11, so I didn't have to worry about that!
Wisp can even invade her own battle! I had to specifically design a lot of these combinations of variants across all the bosses, so there hopefully aren't any combinations that are unfair to fight. #TVRUHH
All 112 bosses can now be invaded by Wisp! When this happens, you have to fight them both at the same time! She's the easiest boss in the game, so it shouldn't be a problem when she invades a level 15 battle, right? #TVRUHH
I've added a gloomy variant to all 112 boss battles! These will create extra walls on the screen that can block your movement and rain extra bullets or spikes upon you.
