I give my G'raha a few vaguely executive dysfunction related tics I myself have, seeing as he seems to struggle to take care of himself after his tenure on the First. Obviously he doesn't have very healthy sleep habits and fails to eat sometimes, but it goes a bit further for mine.. #FFXIV

hating your art is not a virtue, it's a sign of burn out or mental illness. the same way your muscles ache if you exercise too much or your stomach hurts if you're starving. learn to identify it as a sign you're pushing too hard or expecting too much of yourself somehow and check in with yourself.
