Summer concluded with the closing of the Dear Artist exhibition at the Band of Vices gallery. I’m incredibly honored that my piece, “Encrypted Memories” was included alongside so many exceptionally talented artists.
Before I leave the SF valley, I will be publishing a True Topographics photoessay dedicated to my time here. Very blessed to have experienced this side of Los Angeles and it holds a special place in my family’s story.
Moving back to the part of L.A. I grew up in next month after almost 12 years in the SF Valley. While I enjoyed my time on this side of the hill, I’m overjoyed at the opportunity to be back.

Instead of letting one of Metro's most successful programs wither, we should be expanding it. With the Olympics approaching, we should be showcasing Los Angeles—not scaling back one of the things that makes our city special.
