An unflinching assessment of US global influence 5 months into the Iran conflict: - an unpredictable U.S. foreign policy - no one wants to be subject to a whipsaw foreign policy that doesn’t know its limits - neither the military prowess nor the diplomatic promises of the US can be trusted. Ouch!

If nothing else, this is a huge disservice to the US-team. They played a strong tournament and are deservedly in the round of 16. Now they won't be remembered for the way they played, but for the unfair advantage they received. What a way to spoil a great World Championship... #RedCardSuspension

A moment that will go down in Austrian football history. Just when all hope was lost and seconds before the final whistle, Sasa Kalajdzic scores the goal that keeps us in the tournament & the Austrian hopes alive. A Hollywood thriller with a happy end!!

How it started (=regime change) and how it ends. Despite a clear military defeat - the regime is still standing - there's still (a) Khamenei in charge - money will flow into it's coffers - Lebanon is part of the deal Not bad for a country that is "completely defeated" (© Donald Trump)

Love this quote one of our participants just threw out: "In absolute governments the King is law. So in free countries the law ought to be king. And there ought to be no other" 250 years old, © Thomas Paine, but still relevant as hell!
