After lowkey forgetting they existed, I now love Gerhard Richter's 2002 series of works made of a single pane of glass, which were originally titled, Pane of Glass. This work, GR 876-7, was sold at Sotheby's last yr as Antelio Glas 876-7 with I think a photoshopped 23yo pic greg.org/archive/2026...

also/except? Christie's is showing the back of this month's Marian Goodman Richter print to be a Hiroshige woodblock print. So what if Marian's other Orchidee II (1988) is different because Richter actually had printed it on Evening Snow at Kanbara (1834)? greg.org/archive/2026...

Lucien Smith did not live to see the recovery of the ten little paintings of his stolen in 2015. All were small, representational paintings based on photos, which he began making after leaving NYC for Montauk in 2015. Among them: Racoon in Dress (2015) greg.org/archive/2026...

I just finished having these three paintings prepared for the Exhibition-Unity & Heritage Diversity, Equality, Inclusion African American Heritage Museum of Southern New Jersey. Opening Reception 10/10/2026 1-5 pm. Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Center Newtonville NJ.

In addition to the gestural and architectural implications of my work, I’m using cardboard paper and plastic pieces mounted on wood as an interrogation of use value of these material. I’m interested in how these trash materials are juxtaposed with art antique and collectibles market pricing.
