There is a ironically juvenile need for every grown up sci fi show to have a hero. The main characters are trying to save someone, change the world, or procreate to continue this human race. In TADC we see selfish characters without a self. Generosity is explored in a space with nothing to give.

Jonah Hill's resentment for being treated like a fat kid after becoming rich & famous for scripts making fun of fat kids IS a worthwhile conversation. Actresses have had their bodies used this way on screen for a century. This could be an interesting conversation. Instead he says, "fight me."
