The first paper from my PhD is now published in @jmirpub.bsky.social ! We brought together evidence from 19 systematic reviews to understand what may help people with long-term conditions stay engaged with mobile health apps. A helpful read for anyone interested in digital health and engagement.

I had such a lovely time at MS Frontiers last week, and it felt really special to share some of the work we’ve been doing on Navigate MS!
Last week, our PhD students Emily, Goretti and Jeni from the Navigate MS project attended MS Frontiers 2026 at the University of Edinburgh.🧡 They shared work on the Navigate MS pain, distress and sexual difficulties programmes, highlighting how psychological support can help people living with MS.
