Bluesky is a "liberal bubble" because fascist chuds can't get traction without algorithmic assistance and because people here trained themselves to block "debate me" trybois the instant they roll up

Bluesky's new CEO Toni Schneider on the platform's reputation for being a liberal bubble: "Yes, we definitely want that to change. It is already changing. It certainly wasn’t designed to attract one specific group of people."

This is ridiculously scary. Yes, we are currently talking about ballrooms and reflecting pools and inflation and Iran and Venezuela and Epstein and crypto grift and the moral rot of the GOP. But all that is going to be forgotten soon. Shit is about to get real, as they say.

I'm not sure folks have realized just how crazy the second half of 2026 and 2027 will be for global temperatures – on the back of a record-smashing El Niño event. Here is my latest estimate of where both years will end up compared to global temperatures since 1850.

You can't grow up as an LGBTQ+ kid and not be aware of bigotry, but I had no idea trans people would be this national flashpoint of hate in America. It's still scary, but more than anything it's just baffling. I can't get my brain around it, so it's this sort of constant low level dread.

For clarification why i said above is more in refrence due to the aspect of struggle culture and antileisure enforcement that often exist. That any form of working differently is a shortcut for example even if it fits your needs more or focuses on dehumanizing the effort that comes when you interact

"The reason why I like AI art is it let's me think and see differently. Transcending the self." Also would agree with this. For me it allows interecting with my disabilities but also allows you to delve into interection itself more deeply from multiple perspectives
