and its not just how thoughtless the gameplay is designed or how the graphics are clearly where most of the budget is going either, its in the music and the UI and the dialogue and how every game has to have cinematic cutscenes even if they dont offer anything, its perverting every aspect of games!!
this is the inevitable result of years of games focused entirely on fidelity and players being afraid to miss things or fail so now we get games that are the equivalent of a dog thats been bred to emphasize all its cutest traits but now it can barely breathe or move around and u just feel bad for it
